Ryan S Adair
Ryan spearheads Martin Capital Partners operations and client service functions, and acts as the firm’s chief liaison between its multiple custodian banks and operational partners. Prior to MCP, Ryan worked for U.S. Bank, performing operational duties in addition to working directly with the bank’s customers. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a concentration in banking and finance.
Reid is a portfolio manager and the firm's Director of Research. Prior to co-founding Martin Capital Partners, he was a portfolio manager for a pacific northwest-based asset management boutique, co-managing that firm's dividend growth fund. Reid entered the financial services industry in 2002 as a research analyst and trader for Juniper Capital, an Oregon-based investment advisory firm. As a CFA charterholder, Reid earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, a globally respected and recognized investment credential. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Portland.
Cameron is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. Prior to co-founding Martin Capital Partners, he was a portfolio manager for a pacific northwest-based asset management boutique, co-managing that firm’s dividend growth fund. Cameron previously managed private client portfolios on behalf of the Portfolio Management Group, a division of Smith Barney, and was an active member of the firm's Portfolio Management Institute. A University of Oregon graduate, Cameron began his career in the investment management business in 1996. In addition to serving local non-profit boards, Cameron currently serves on the Board of Directors of Palomar Specialty (a subsidiary of southern California-based Palomar Holdings, a public insurance company). He is a past recipient of the University of Oregon’s Leo Harris Award, recognizing a former letterman for distinction in his profession and community.
The Martin Capital Partners team has decades of combined industry tenure and a steadfast focus as dividend growth investors. The proprietary investment approach utilized has been employed by our CIO since the 1990’s, while MCP’s investment decision making team has worked together since 2008, spanning multiple bull and bear markets.

Andy’s role at Martin Capital Partners focuses on client relationships and communicating the firm's investment philosophy and strategic thinking. He has extensive industry experience, dating to 1985, implementing investment strategies for families and business owners. Andy has worked for prominent national investment firms such as Smith Barney, Ragen Mackenzie and Wells Fargo, as well as smaller boutique advisory groups, most recently Sheppard Wealth Management. In addition to his work with investment clients, Andy serves as a mentor, volunteer and board member for Agape Families, which he and his wife Heather founded in 2012. He has been a long-time volunteer with the Oregon Department of Corrections, twice receiving the DOC Outstanding Volunteer Award (2011, 2014). Recently, Andy and Heather helped establish Thrive Housing Network, a supportive housing program for vulnerable Lane County residents. Andy joined Martin Capital Partners in 2022 as a Client Portfolio Manager.
